Digg launches mobile app
According to the download squad, Digg has launched a Digg River, designed for mobile devices. The page and site for mobile users are much simpler and only provide top level feeds. It does not allow users to "digg" stories, and the categories are only viewable on the about page. It seems like the purpose of "mobile digg" is just to allow access to users' digg sites on the go for browsing pleasure.It would be nice to see some screens of this application, but from the looks of it, it just seems like a simplified website for the mobile device (i.e. WAP or extremely simple HTML).
