i'm confused
Read this.So this is an interesting case. A company has announced an unlimited mobile internet service charged a subscription fee. So imagine I have a phone.. but without a line. Instead, I use my internet connection for phone calls (i.e. Skype) and can communicate at the same time.
I'm intrigued.. Too bad I don't live in the UK when this will launch in December.

Same way it works in the US: when you get that Sprint/Verizon EVDO PC card, they assign you a number, but give you 0 minutes. Or am I misunderstanding this?
Also, it seems this is an add-on, ala Verizon's EVDO PDA plan for their PDAs, or T-Mobile's Mobile Internet Service - "Users pay a flat monthly fee for access to the X-Series services on top of their normal monthly subscription, with an additional charge for higher-bandwidth services such as Sling and Orb."
Even when it's bolded "on top of their normal monthly subscription," it's not entirely clear whether it's an add-on to their phone service or to the subscription fees to the service.
Sometimes it's frustrating when news releases are not clear. By the way, this type of grammatical error always showed up on the GMAT (on an unrelated note).
